What Is This Job?
You will be based in our Makati office and will be the Human Resources Manager and will be responsible for leading Human Resource for our 4 offices in the Philippines. You will be supporting the Business Leaders in finding top talent, mediation and due process required to identify, recruit, onboard, coach, handover/transition and terminate hires. A challenge of this job is that we hire UK, Australian, South African and other nationalities. You must have demonstrated experience in being able to work with foreign and local talent and be able to overcome the differences that sometimes happens. You also must be able to draw the best out our people. You will also be critical in regular staff check-ins.

You must also have the social intelligence to coach and reprimand staff when needed. And you must have the strength to terminate employees after repeated infractions and warnings have been made. And you must be experienced in HR process. HR processes are not yet firmly established. You will be required to set and work with all business units to make HR BAU.
